What would be the best Love poem to charm a woman?
I am woman and personally, I think love poems and all that cheese is silly and a turn-off, but I can’t speak for all women. All I am saying is that you shouldn’t fall for all that BS you see on T.V. etc about all women liking that sort of thing. Anyway, suppose that she does like poetry. If it is written by another man for another women then it useless to you. Honesty is foremost to most people and she would probably be most touched if you were to just express yourself without having to format it into rhyming couplets.
There’s something about poems used for that purpose that is just kind of “off”. Maybe go to the card shop and find one of those cards that someone else wrote some verse for. You know – not the “Thinking of You” cards, but the ones that you skip by when you’re shopping for a birthday card for someone. They have big, long, verses in them that are really, really, specific. Another thing, though, is sometimes the tiny little card that is at the bottom of the rack and has just one line or two on it is perfect. Another thing may be to buy her some song that has just the right words. Somehow if someone gave me a poem it would just creep me out and make me re-think this person. That’s probably just me, though….
