My friend uses a very fine tipped soldering iron for her jewelry making. Go to the hardware store and look at the variety of soldering irons. Get one with replacable tips that include a very fine one. Also it needs to have a thermostat on it so you can change temperatures easily. It takes a bit to learn how to do these things. Make a practice piece or two before starting on your gift tiara!
