For eg.: Wipro and Megasoft have given press statements and gone public with the disclosure of World Bank suspending work with both of these vendors for corporate governance wrongdoings. So as far as India is concerned more and more CEOs of large, mid size and listed companies will bring more maturity in their roles and be careful with handling their responsibilities. Now they know that their international clients, auditors (internal, external), employees at the management level, stock market regulators and other government agencies will be assessing every issue with a fine tooth comb and catch out the irregularities. This will bring about a positive impact on the Indian industry.
