What would be the perfect ph level for my cichlid tank?
There really isn’t such a thing as a perfect PH level if anyone who knows these things would just say. Ideally, what is a perfect PH is a PH that is stable. Like the other smart answers said, the word cichlid isn’t saying anything at all. Africans and South Americans and Central Americans all have different needs. If you are asking what might be preferred, you need to keep in mind, it’s not any one set number. It’s a range. But whatever PH you get your fish to accept, what is important is that you keep it stable, not the number itself. However, in order to find a range to look at, you need to specify what lake or waters your cichlids come from.
