What would happen if the Coalition pulled out of Iraq?
Ai Qaeda and/or Iran would move in and take over Iraq making it a home base in which they can train and equip terrorists that could then spread out and continue their war on anyone who does not agree to follow their brand of Islam. If any of you of you doubt that this will happen, then look back at history. Al Qaeda is present in Iraq and has a history of taking over in countries that are unstable. The Iranian government has publicly stated that they are ready to move in and help fill any power vacuum that would be left by our leaving that country and they are supplying troops and armaments that are being used by insurgents to kill our troops. Make no mistake about it. If we leave Iraq before they can get to the point of being able to take care of themselves, the these two sponsors of terrorism will do their best to take over in Iraq creating an even worse situation for the whole world.
