Well an overdose is an overdose, regardless of what size or mg the pills were, so look up online the maximum daily dosage of acitomenophen and then try to calculate how many mg you took total, and see how close you are to having overdosed. Also look up the number to a local 24 hr pharmacy and call them, speak to a pharmacist to see if you took too many. If still unsure, go to the ER! Taking too much acitomenophen is **VERY** dangerous and can definitely kill you! How many more than the recommended dosage did you take? If it was just like one, I would not panic, you are probably going to be fine. The first call I’d make is to the pharmacist.
