What would you say is the best thing about working for Memex?
The best thing about Memex is variety. Whereas in larger organisations you may get stuck working on the same thing for years, at Memex you are constantly involved in new exciting projects and you have the chance to really get involved in them. When you are so highly involved in all aspects of a project you then really start to care about it, so everyone in the company is working towards a common goal and this leads to a great team spirit in the company. Throughout my time here I have had the chance to work on various projects, in various programming languages and with different people. This has allowed me to improve my skills significantly. There is also the opportunity to travel if you want to, with people going on trips all around the world. It’s also a great experience to be on customer site and to see how and why the customer uses the products we make.
