Whats a good way to find apartments to rent?
You can look in the Off-Campus Housing Office (OCHO) listings (www.macocho.com), which are updated very frequently, and contain a good deal of listings. The newspaper (Hamilton Spectator: www.thespec.com) is also a source of listings. Some students have resorted to hiring a real estate agent for that purpose. You can also find adds in the magazine “Renters’ News”, that is available for free in yellow boxes (which can be found near bus stops, supermarkets, etc.).
