Whats Fit for Marge Schott?
Marge Schott, the embattled owner of the Cincinnati Reds baseball team, reminds me of the reprobate seated in a back pew while the minister preached a sermon based on the Ten Commandments. As the sermon came to a close, the old fellow was heard to mutter: “Well, at least I never made no graven images.” Schott’s defense is that while bigotry may have escaped her lips, it was never graven in her heart.
