Whats gone on at Rockford over the past year?
Mr. Suttle: We continued as a public company, which has been exciting for us, and we also had a couple of major events happen. We made two key acquisitions. In July we acquired Audio Innovations. They are well known for high-quality speaker enclosures under the brand name of Q-Logic. In September we acquired MB Quart. It is a very well known speaker company in Germany. These two acquisitions help complete our strategic approach to the marketplace. The addition of MB Quart offers a higher- performance, higher priced product. We now have, in retail terminology, a good, better, best selection of brands to offer our dealers ‘ good being Lightning Audio, better being Rockford Fosgate, and best being MB Quart. That’s a strategy we’ve been working on for some time, so we’re pleased to see it come to fruition.
