sounds like you need to reinstall windows and yes you will need a windows xp cd , but don’t fret, lots of other people have windows, also a PC shop may lend/sell you a copy cheap without a registration key, if you are in Upper Hutt, i can lend you a copy!!! oliver@ollyspages.axspace.
