Whats happened to the Dudley Summary Form ?
As the DCSF now have their data collection site – all details have to be entered into that website (luckily, your usernames and passwords are the same as Key to Success, S2S and other DCSF data collection sites) – We can also access that data, so our summary form is no longer needed. Of course, you should keep your own records, but the summary sheet that was filled out last year and returned to us is obsolete.
