Whats my Voice Mail PIN (Password)?
Your PIN (Password) for your Voice Mail is a 3 or more digit number which, along with your User ID (your extension) allows access to your voice mail. At the present time the PIN does NOT expire. If you forget your PIN, please call the service desk at 63375 and ask for your PIN to be reset. Telecom personnel will reset your PIN to a temporary PIN and send that to you in an email. The next time you log in, enter your temporary PIN and you will be ask to change the PIN. The new PIN must be at least 3 numbers long and cannot be any of the last three PINs that you have used. A PIN reset is usually done within 24 hours.
