Add: I was just in Laiya a month ago, and saw signages that led me to Porto Laiya. It is a residential beach community, being sold like LANDCO sells Punta Fuego. It is not an open-to-the-public resort. There is no swimming pool at the moment, and the targeted completion is still by end of this year. It is a beautiful spot, though.
