Whats the best chicken tagine recipe?
This is a Moroccan meal. I have relatives from the Seacoast City of Marsala http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mar… on the Westernmost point of Sicily, Italy. Marsala has a strong Moroccan influence in their cooking, including Couscous and Tagine. Chicken or any other kind of Tagine get their names from the pot traditionally used in making those meals, a Moroccan Tagine made of earthenware. I didn’t have the exact recipe, but I remembered most of it. I searched for a recipe close to what I remembered and incorporated the two. Mix 2 Tablespoons cumin and 1 tablespoon of paprika on a plate.
