Any high speed internet will suffice, ranging from Dsl speeds from 756 kilobytes to 1.5 Megabytes to Broadband speeds from 3 megabytes to 15 megabytes. I used to use Verzion Dsl which was a little over 1 megabyte and never had problems hosting matches or using live, my building has a contract with cablevision which means I was forced to switch, now my average speed is 12 megs download 3-4 megs upload, significant increase and again no problems using live ever.
