Whats the best kind of Kashi cereal?
Kashi Go Lean ! Crunch is one of my favorite cereals. Actually, I like all of Kashi Cereals, excpet for one that is just little puff things. As for expensive, I think it depends on where you buy it. It’s fairly cheap at Trader Joe’s (which also has store brands of all-natural cereals for cheap as well) and at Wal-Mart some of them are only $2.50. I eat plenty of Cheerios and Honey Nut Cheerios or the store equivalent as they are corn syrup free, which is rare for most cereals (including other varieties of Cheerios). Occasionaly, I’ll sprinkle cinnamon sugar on my Cheerios for another flavor. (Later, for lunch, when I use the same bowl I try to use the same bowl for all three meals because I don’t think it’s necessary to use a clean one for every meal] I’ll get some leftover cinnamon on my steamed veggies which is yummy.) With most things, it’s just trial and error.
