I don’t know for sure, but I think Paracetamol is the best medicine because it has less bad effect on our body. If you want to find the medicine that instantly kill headache, it’s true that the effectiveness is undeniable but it also has big drawbacks on your health as well. Best would be some kind of narcotic like OxyContin or MS Contin (Oxycodone and Morphine Sulfate) but these are addictive and require a prescription. For OTC drugs, the best is Excedrin which has Tylenol and some other drugs. Depending on where you liev you might be able to get Tylenol with codeine OTC. Although codeine is basically the same as morphine it is in very small amounts OTC. By the way Parecemtol is another name for Tylenol.
