And for another option, you could consider my company’s product — SnapStream, www.snapstream.com. We are not a clipping service and don’t provide coverage in a bunch of different markets. With SnapStream you make a one-time up front investment in our product (starting at $15,000). You connect your incoming TV signal to your SnapStream TV search appliance and setup a schedule of recordings using a program guide. Then, over the LAN, you can search TV by keyword, create TV clips, burn those clips to DVD, download then to use in Final Cut Pro or Avid, etc. There are no per clip fees — you can create as many as you’d like with no extra cost. Another vote for VMS (full disclosure: I manage the monitoring department there). We offer just about any solution that fits your needs, and I stand by what my team can do. We use human monitors for a significant portion of programming, and this would be an ideal solution for when a website it mentioned. Regional services cover EVERYTHING in that regional Daily, Weekly B-Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Semi-Annual, and most magazine published in their coverage area. All of the traditional clipping services in North America belong to an organization called the North American Conference of Press Clipping Services NACPCS. Some Press Associations have their own clipping services, but they only

360Mediawatch in New York puts all other TV monitoring services to shame. Content accuracy and timeliness are the best I have experienced in 25 years among multiple vendors.
