Whats the best time of year to plan a trip to Argentina?
hello candyapple, the best time to go to Argentina is December or Janaury as it lies in the southern hemisphere. My wife and I visited Argentina about 2 years ago while enroute to Antartica and we enjoyed it very much. The people are warm and friendly and you can get great deals on leather goods (especially handbags). We were on a cruise and our first stop was Buenos Aries, where we went to see the grave of Evita Peron. Later, we sailed all the way down to Ushiaia, which was wonderful. One word of caution, there are no “Falkland Islands”! They are known only as the MALVINAS. It seems they still have a sorespot re the war with Great Britain. Enjoy…
