Cook the chicken on one side of the grill and turn the other side off ( Put the chicken on the side that is off), also cooking on the upper rack helps too. If you have allot of chicken just stack on top of each other and rotate to the bottom every 15 min, just make sure the other burner is totally off, once the chicken is done, then you can crispy the skin buy turning the burners both on to low and keep a close eye on them, I like to use a beer with garlic, pepper and hot sauce in it for flare ups.
