What's the cheapest and best way to get from Miami International Airport to Melbourne Florida?

The cheapest and best way would be to rent a car at the airport. If you do not need it once you arrive in Melbourne, make plans with the rental company to drop the car off at their Melbourne location. Another way would be to have someone pick you up and take you to Melbourne. The trip form Miami to Melbourne at 4pm will take over three hours since you will be driving into rush hour traffic. Other options are Amtrak and Greyhound. Amtrak does not go directly to Melbourne. In makes a stop in Winter Park with is about an hour west of Melbourne. You will have to make arrangements to get from the station to Melbourne. Greyhound goes from Miami to Melbourne, however, the last service is at 3 pm.  more
