Whats the concern with the Canadian Version of the Peanut Butter Granola Bar?
On November 25, 2009, Nutrisystem Canada issued a voluntary recall of one product, the Canadian Version of the Peanut Butter Granola Bar, because testing done on some of our product inventory indicated that an isolated quantity may be contaminated with Salmonella. Neither Nutrisystem nor the Canadian Food Inspection Agency have received any reports of illnesses associated with the consumption of the product affected by this recall. This is purely a precautionary action on our part to ensure the safety of our clients.
