Buffet breakfast usually consists of a combination of croissants, rolls or bread, salami and other meats, cheeses, yoghurts, cereals, fruit, jams & spreads, tea / coffee and fruit juices. In some cases hot food choices, such as sausages; eggs and bacon may be available.
