Copying a course creates a new copy of the course without the student specific information; grades, discussion board postings, etc. Reusing and recycling are synonomyous, they imply removing grades, uploaded files and discussion board postings from your existing course, changing the course name and enrolling the new students. If current students are retained no data is removed.
