Whats the difference between High Quality and H264?
Both qualities are roughly the same filesize but H264 encoding is usually better than High Quality because of the way it encodes the videos. It can achieve about twice the quality of a High Quality video but uses more of your computers power to render the video. In some rare cases, H264 encoding has errors on the video, so for those you’d have to use High Quality.
