What’s the difference between MMS DVR Server and MMS DVR Remote Client?
MMS DVR is a Client/Server application. MMS DVR Server is always required for recording and distributing the video signal to Clients. Any MMS DVR Server installation comes with an embedded MMS DVR Local Client which is the “interface” through which Operator accesses and programs the Server. MMS DVR Remote Client is a piece of software capable of accessing remotely any MMS DVR Server installation via LAN, WAN or Internet.
