Whats the difference between Partners in Education (PIE) and Vashon Island Community PTSA?

0

Partners in Education (PIE) has only one agenda – to leverage the efforts of committed teachers by funding materials and activities they identify as improving the classroom experience. While the PTSA also donates funds to the schools for curriculum and PTSA events and programs, it also provides a forum for parents, students, teachers, and politicians to effect change within the school system. PIE has no political agenda and focuses strictly on grants to teachers.
