Whats the difference between racial equality, equality of opportunity and equality and diversity?

0

Racial equality is about treating people fairly whatever their race or culture. Equality of opportunity is about treating people fairly whatever their race, gender, disability, age, sexual orientation or faith. Equality and diversity is about treating everybody fairly and recognising that diversity is a positive and not a negative. See ‘Business Case for Equality and Diversity’.
