Whats the difference between Regular Clorox bleach and Clorox 2?

Which is a better product? Clorox Regular Bleach and Clorox 2 are really quite different products. Sodium hypochlorite bleaches like Clorox Regular Bleach are strong oxidants and are very effective at soil and stain removal. This is also the only type of bleach that disinfects. On the other hand, because of their powerful oxidizing properties, these bleaches are not safe for all fabrics or for some fabric dyes. Clorox 2 is an oxygen bleach. This is a much milder oxidant and is safe for most machine-washable fabrics. Color-safe bleaches work primarily on a broad range of colored stains such as beverages (e.g., coffee, tea, wine), fruits/vegetables (e.g. blueberry, grape) and mustard. Will I get added cleaning power if I add some Clorox Regular bleach to a washload containing Liquid Clorox 2? No, we would not recommend this. In fact, the two products would actually tend to counteract each other and would probably give you less satisfactory results than either one used with detergent. Can
