I’m going to guess you’re answering this question from the answer I gave on your implant question. Well I don’t know myself all I could do is google it but I believe saline could potentially leak after 10 years so cohesive gel is a better option. Personally I don’t really believe in cosmetic surgery but if it’s really important to you I won’t stop you. What I suggest you do if you’re seriously considering this to see your family doctor or perhaps a friends doctor and ask for a referral to a cosmetic surgeon. You should be given a free consultation and they can answer and address any concerns or questions you may have.
