Reservationless calls are the perfect communications solution for 20 participants or less, allowing you to bring everyone together on a digital, secure teleconference line instantly by simply calling a phone number and entering your unique PIN. Your participants do the same, able to join your call using their cell phones while on-the-go, from home, work, etc. Scheduled teleconferences are pre-scheduled calls that allow up to 100 people to join a secure conference with a guaranteed time slot on our conference bridge at a specific time. As a member of YourMeetingSpace.com, you simply reserve this time slot in advance using our Scheduling Feature then call the dial-in telephone number you are issued. As with Reservationless Calls, only a telephone is needed to join the call, making it easy for everyone on your team to connect at any prescheduled time.
