Umm, one comes out of a tap, and the other comes out of a spring. The spring water may have fewer additives and other chemicals, not having gone through pipes, or having things like chlorine added. However, some spring water has minerals dissolved into it. There was a big heyday around the early 1900s with such mineral springs.
