Whats the difference between the interior mountains and the local mountains like Cypress and Seymour?
Its like comparing Playland to a major theme park like Disneyland or 6 Flags. You can do all the runs at Cypress in 1/2 a day but you’ll need 2 days at least to hit every run on Big White or Silver Star. The runs are 3-4x as long and the terrain varies from the relatively smooth flat runs to the super steep double-black diamonds. Also the snow is very different. You’ll notice of course there’ll be LOTS more of it, but on top of that, the snow is drier and fluffier than the stuff in Vancouver.
