What’s the difference between the town choir and touring choirs?

0

The town choirs are typically younger children who are just beginning their musical education. They do not travel to other locations to perform. They are included in the 3 major concerts here at St. Peter’s. Click here for more information on the town choirs. Graduates from the town choirs and older children audition for the touring choirs. In addition to the major concerts, this group sometimes performs for other organizations in the Charlotte area, by request and also tour throughout the US, Canada or England after school is out in the summer. Visit our Tour page for more information about touring.
