Triggers are life events or circumstances that you may be aware of and have some control over, or they may be unpredictable. Triggers can lead to times of feeling less well and the precise nature of them may not be the same for every relapse. Within WRAP the identification of known Triggers and the writing of an action plan can help reduce the chances of relapse occurring.
