Hi As others have said one is a Volume measurement 54.246 litres and the other a weight measurement 8.823kgs To convert between the two you need either the density or specific gravity of the material Density = Specific gravity = Weight/Volume This density = 8.823/54.246 = 0.163 This is too light for most liquids I know and too heavy for most gases..
