Whats the mileage of yamaha r1,honda cbr1000rr & ninja zx-14?which is best for indian roads?
All liter Class Bikes (will give you an average between 10-14 Km/l. Indian roads are difficult but its not that you cant ride a sport bike. You can only buy R1 or the 1000RR legally because ZX14 does not come as an official import until now (until unless you wanna import it yourself). I ride a R1 myself, and believe me its damn uncomfortable. R1 is a hardcore track bike and will put a lot of pressure on your wrists. 1000RR is more comfortable but it is still a hardcore sport bike. Another option you might wanna consider is a Hayabusa if you are thinking about a ZX14. Extremely comfortable riding position. Another pointer is that all sport bikes come with a soft compound rubber (tires) for better grip at high speeds. These tires are more prone to punctures on our road. So refrain from riding on a broken tarmac etc. Ride Safe!
