Whats the most powerful muscle in the body?

0

The quadriceps femoris is the most powerful muscle in the body. The quadriceps femoris consists of four muscles all in the upper region of the leg. They include: the rectus femoris, which is in the middle of the thigh, the vastus lateralis, which is on the lateral side of the thigh, the vastus medialis, which is on the medial side of the thigh (the inner thigh closest to your body) and the vastus intermedius (front of thigh). Hope this helps!
