Whats the problem with my computers power supply/power cord?

In order to figure out if it is the power cord or the power supply of the PC you’re going to have to troubleshoot it a bit. Try the monitor power cord if it’s the same kind. If you don’t get the sparking, then you know it’s the cable. If you DO get the same sparking then it’s the power supply. The cord is cheap at any Best Buy or even Wal-Mart carries them now, I think. So let’s hope it’s the power cord although that would be the first one I ever heard of going bad. Be careful, man!
