While we can’t give away all of our secrets, we can tell you that our unique flavors come from Valerio family recipes that were handed down through generations in Italy and came to America with the family of Papa Gino’s founder, Michael Valerio in 1936. Michael and his wife Helen used these very recipes to open their first pizzeria, Piece O’ Pizza, which became Papa Gino’s in 1968. So the secret is old world Italian family recipes, refined through the years.
