It is unusual to require an X-Ray that long after any any injury as there would seldom be clinical benefit. I would go back and have a chat with your GP. It is difficult to justify your original contact with NHS Direct with a problem already that old! Sorry Rhianna, but most A+E/Casualty departments are instructed to send away patients like that back to their GP and will generally not organise an X-Ray except in the unusual circumstance where the patient is seen to be at some acute risk.  more
