Whats wrong with my instant gas hot water system?
We had the same exact problem, water turns FIRE hot and than get freezing cold where you have to take your time and take a shower, at which point I got fed up of it and decided to go down to the base ment and have a look at what’s really going on with the hotwater tank. So on my own, solution I try to mess with temputer a little try it for a few days down and up untill I sent it to about 79Dregee and that did the job for me.
