Sweet Potato Casserole 3 cups sweet potatos, mashed 1 stick butter, melted 1/3 cup sugar 2 eggs beaten 1/3 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla Dash of cinnamon and nutmeg Mix all ingredients above and put in 2 qt baking dish. Topping 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 cup chopped nuts 1/2 cup flour 1/3 stick butter mix topping ingredients using fork to cut up butter into the other ingredients. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. ENJOY!!!
