When a baby goes through a growth spurt does it eat alot or does it sleep alot? ?
A growth spurt is very possible. Infants tend to eat more and sleep more during this times b/c they need the extra energy to grow and infants grow more while sleeping. I heard a research that infants can grow an inch during one night. Your brain saves all of the new info retrieved during the “wake” periods while your sleeping. However, every child is different so your child may act differently than a friend’s child. I would think your child would be more fussy if they was sick. Just watch them for a day or two and see what happens and listen to your parent intuition b/c you know your child better than anyone else- even doctors.
