It means that the DAR software will be sent out to every NMCI workstation. Every network station in the Navy and Marine Corps will receive this software, similar to the way cryptographic logon software was delivered. Messages will be released detailing when users will receive the software and if they will need to take any other action. The software will be sent to users’ computers over night and we image that the users will come into work the next morning and the computers will boot up and have the DAR software installed. The NMCI network will receive the software first followed by the Navy One-Net, IT-21 and Marine Corps MCEN networks.
