The household recycling centres are managed by May Gurney Ltd. on behalf of Gloucestershire County Council. (Helpline: 01242 680010.) All of our Household Recycling Centres are open from 8.00 – 19.45 in summer (BST) and 8.00 – 16.45 in winter (GMT), seven days a week. Times change when the clocks change. The HRCs are open every day of the year except Christmas Day. For further information us by email, or visit our web page. Swindon Road (Cheltenham Borough Council) HRC is open from 7.30 – 19.30 Monday – Friday, 7.30 – 16.00 on Saturday and 9.00 – 13.00 on Sunday.
