The Soniclink method of data transfer may be affected by the sensitivity of your computer’s microphone as well as outside noise (even the noise of your computer’s hard drive). If you experience consistent problems with the import, try experimenting with your microphone settings and recording levels (Start > Settings > Control Panel…) and try holding the watch different distances from the microphone.
