When can the black V-neck sweater be worn?
The Army Black V-neck Sweater is authorized to be worn with the following uniforms: Service Dress Blue Sweater, Service Blue, Summer White, and Service Khaki. It may also be worn with the Indoor Duty White, Winter Blue, and Winter Working Blue uniforms. Officers wear soft shoulder boards and the name tag with the V-neck sweater. The sweater is never worn under the SDB uniform jacket.
