When did Russia ratify the Adapted CFE Treaty?
A. The Russian State Duma voted to ratify the Adapted CFE Treaty in July 2004, and Russia deposited its instrument of ratification on 06 December 2004. The dates are significant because the Alliance position was well known and Russias ratification occurred after the current Alliance membership was in place. Q.
